Business Profile
Business Profile is the shared business record, not a personal account profile. It includes Business Name, Time Zone, Legal Name, Website URL, Contact Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Support Email, Address Lines, City, State/Region, Postal Code, and Country.
Open it, edit fields your Role permits, and save information that represents the business rather than the signed-in person. The system-managed Version supports safe concurrent updates and is not normal business information to maintain.

Business timezone
Section titled “Business timezone”The Time Zone in Business Profile is the business timezone. Indietory uses it for operational calendar dates and for displaying operational timestamps. It is not based on the physical location, computer, or phone of the person using Indietory.
This keeps the business on one calendar when people work from different locations. Receipt dates, Lot dates, sale and production times, and history timestamps use the business timezone, so the same activity is not assigned to a different business day because someone is traveling or working remotely. Lot dates are calendar dates in that timezone; see Automatic Lot Status Updates for their effect on availability.
